Kelli Boyle

Kelli Boyle has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelli started their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Bio-Rad Laboratories in 1993 and worked there until 1994. Kelli then joined Avid Technology as a Corporate Benefits Specialist from 1995 to 1999.

In 2001, Kelli returned to Avid Technology as a Benefits Supervisor. Kelli later took on the role of Human Resources Manager, where they partnered with VPs of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to provide HR expertise and developed HR strategic plans. Kelli also served as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner, expanding the HR model to include global partnerships. In this role, they provided HR consulting services and assisted the VP of Operations in consolidating three business units. Kelli went on to become an HR Consultant/PMO Manager, leading a global HR program management team and driving HR project prioritization and alignment with the business strategy.

Kelli then joined Constant Contact in 2013 as a Human Resources Business Partner before transitioning to Kronos the same year. At Kronos, they initially served as a Senior Manager, Human Resources, supporting New Product Development, Global Product Management, and Marketing. Kelli then became a Director Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and providing strategic guidance.

In 2017, Kelli moved to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Director, Human Resources. Kelli played a key role in helping organizations improve HR effectiveness and streamline payroll processes using UKG's award-winning solutions. More recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Director, Human Resources.

Kelli Boyle's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various HR functions, including business partnering, strategic planning, project management, and organizational development.

Kelli Boyle attended Stonehill College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in human resources.
