Nicole Gomez- Cardona

Nicole Gomez-Cardona has extensive experience in benefits administration and solutions support, currently serving as the Lead Solutions Support and Team Lead for the Benefits Administration Support Team at UKG since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Ultimate Software from November 2017 to the present, progressing from Benefits Prime Specialist to Sr. Benefits Prime Support Specialist. Nicole's earlier experience includes serving as an ACA Benefits Specialist at Ultimate Software from September 2015 to August 2017 and as a Health Advisor at UnitedHealth Group from July 2012 to September 2015. Nicole holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Broward College, completed between 2013 and 2016.
