Poonam Upadhyay is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Clariti since January 2022. Previously, at Infosys from May 2011 to December 2021, Poonam held multiple roles including Product Owner for the AI-driven healthcare platform Infosys Helix, and led various high-profile projects, demonstrating expertise in requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and team leadership.
