Nitin Gadgil

Nitin Gadgil is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at UKG since May 2018. Previous positions include Technical Architecture Analyst at First Data Corporation and Technical Architect at Hexaware Technologies, where responsibilities included performance tuning and leading teams of up to 15 members. Nitin started as a Senior Software Engineer at Mastek, participating in all phases of the software development life cycle. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2006.
