Rhonda Hart

Rhonda Hart is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Director of Executive Relationships at UKG since March 2017. In this role, Rhonda leads a team dedicated to enhancing customer value and satisfaction through effective engagement strategies and support. Previous experience includes positions at Red Hat as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where Rhonda built strong customer relationships, and at Gadberry Group, LLC as a Product Manager, responsible for strategic direction and market analysis. Additional expertise was gained at Acxiom in various roles, including Client Services / Program Manager and Product Manager, along with early career experience at Alltel Corporation and Drennen Insurance Marketing. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas.
