Yordanka Tolina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the customer service and gaming sectors. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Next Solutions Bulgaria since November 2019, Yordanka previously held roles in customer care and member support at Tide and Sitel, respectively. A significant portion of Yordanka's career was spent at Princess Cruises, progressing from Casino Dealer to Casino Manager over a span of nearly a decade. Yordanka also worked as a Casino Dealer at Viva!Casino Sofia.
