Bea Lillo Iturri

Bea Lillo Iturri has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bea currently works at Ukio as an Area Operations Manager since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Assistant at Ukio from February 2021 to July 2021. Before joining Ukio, Bea worked at NH Hotel Group as a Reservations Sales Agent from December 2019 to November 2020. Bea also worked at Selina as a Front Desk Receptionist from June 2019 to October 2019.

Prior to their work in the hospitality industry, Bea gained experience in customer service and administration roles. Bea worked as a Senior Front Desk Receptionist at Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park from February 2018 to May 2019, where they were recognized as a top individual seller within the Top10 Group. Bea also worked as a Team Supervisor at Ranga Property Management and Professional Cleaning from September 2016 to August 2017, where they were responsible for supervising and coordinating a cleaning team.

Bea has also worked in the luxury yacht industry as a Stewardess on M/Y Piacere II, 27m San Lorenzo in April 2016 and on M/Y Monaco Wolf, 50m Heesen in February 2016. Their earlier work experience includes a Front Desk Receptionist role at Hahei Holiday Resort from October 2014 to August 2015 and a Ski Coach role at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts (RAL Ltd) from June 2013 to October 2013. Bea also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Atiram Hotels - Arenas Atiram Hotel from October 2010 to June 2011.

Bea Lillo Iturri began their education in 2009 at I.E.S Angeleta Ferrer i Sensat, where they completed their secondary education and bachillerato (high school). From 2007 to 2011, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Tourism. In 2010, they enrolled in C.A.R de Sant Cugat and completed the first level of Technical Sports Education in Alpine Skiing. In 2012, they furthered their studies at the same institute by completing the second level of Technical Sports Education in Alpine Skiing. Bea Lillo Iturri took a break from their education and in 2015, they attended the Mahurangi Technical Institute in Auckland, New Zealand, where they completed the STCW Basic Training course. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they studied at Ostelea, Tourism Management School, where they obtained an Executive Master's degree in Tourism Marketing and Revenue Management.
