Dmytro Pysanko

Dmytro Pysanko has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure. Dmytro has held various leadership roles in companies such as Ukrposhta, Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Qmaro, Metinvest, and Atlant-M Dneprovska naberezhna.

In their most recent position as Head of Server Infrastructure Department at Ukrposhta, they were responsible for managing the IT server infrastructure of the second-largest company in the country, which included overseeing 30 server rooms, 1000+ servers, and 3 private clouds. Dmytro also managed the main basic services of the company used by 60,000+ employees across 12,000 branches.

Prior to that, as the Head of Infrastructure Development Department and Project Manager at Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Dmytro led a team in developing, improving, and building their IT infrastructure. Dmytro also coordinated full-scale project management in software development projects and focused on areas such as Big Data, Network, Unified Communication, ITSM, and Cloud.

Before joining Alfa-Bank Ukraine, Dmytro served as the Head of Support and Monitoring Department at Qmaro, where they successfully expanded the department's functions, increased the volume of tasks performed, and ensured business continuity 24/7.

Earlier in their career, Dmytro worked as the Head of Group Department of system and network administration at Metinvest, where they played a crucial role in the development and implementation of several global high-budget IT projects. Dmytro also gained experience in setting up new offices.

At the start of their career, Dmytro worked as a System Administrator at Atlant-M Dneprovska naberezhna, where they were responsible for the administration, support, and development of the company's IT infrastructure. Dmytro gained expertise in various technologies and solutions, such as MS Active Directory, Oracle DB, MS SQL, Group Policy, Terminal Services, VMware ESXi, security solutions, backup and recovery solutions, and user technical support.

Overall, Dmytro Pysanko has a strong background in managing and developing IT infrastructure, project management, team leadership, and ensuring business continuity.

Dmytro Pysanko obtained a Master's degree in IT from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained the certifications of "Digium Certified Asterisk Administrator (dCAA)" from Digium in August 2016, and "Certified specialist MS Server 2008" from Retratech in October 2015.
