Philip Hoar

Philip Hoar is currently the Ambassador at Maritime UK and the Director at NORTHWOOD PRIMARY SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST. Prior to these roles, Philip served as the Maritime Apprenticeship & Development Coordinator at UKSA. Philip has a background in education, having worked as a Senior Education Coordinator and Sports Performance, Coaching & Fitness Tutor. Philip also has experience in developing alternative curriculums and providing specialist learning support for students with complex needs. With a degree in History & Education, as well as additional qualifications in Quality Assurance & Assessment, Philip is dedicated to inspiring the next generation in the maritime sector and ensuring all students have the support they need to succeed.
