Louise Bagnall

Louise Bagnall currently serves as General Counsel and Director of Business & Legal Affairs at UKTV since September 2022. Prior to this role, Louise Bagnall held various positions at Warner Bros. Additional roles at Warner Bros. included SVP and Head of EMEA Legal & Business Affairs, and Vice President of EMEA Legal & Business Affairs, focusing on the legal and business needs of home entertainment and interactive videogame sectors across multiple jurisdictions. Before joining Warner Bros., Louise Bagnall worked as a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property department at Linklaters, providing expert legal advice on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Louise Bagnall earned a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994 and completed secondary education at Woodbridge School, Suffolk.
