Besarta B. has extensive experience in HRIS and analytics, having worked in various HR technology roles at Rush University Medical Center, UChicago Medicine, and currently at UL Research Institutes. With a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Roosevelt University and bachelor's degrees in General and Comparative Literature, as well as English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina, Besarta is well-equipped in the field of HR technology and analytics. Additionally, Besarta previously held a position as a Senior English Language Officer at the Office of the Prime Minister.
