Kathryn Carag currently serves as the Division VP for Brand, Digital, Ecommerce, & Marketing Operations at UL Skin Sciences Inc. since February 2017, leading the marketing division of the Unilab Group's beauty and personal care sector. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of VP for Consumer Marketing at Smart Communications, Inc. from February 2006 to February 2017, where a significant achievement included relaunching Smart mobile with a focus on data-centric offerings. Kathryn's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Monitor Deloitte, where responsibilities included commercial strategies and human resource management, and as the Head of Strategic Business Development at ePLDT, Inc., developing innovative business models. Kathryn began their career at Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) as a Senior Consultant, focusing on strategies for top corporations in the region. Kathryn holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and completed an MBA Exchange at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, alongside an undergraduate degree in AB Communications from Ateneo de Manila University.
