Geneva Bivins

Geneva Bivins is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Since October 2019, Geneva has held various roles at UL Solutions, progressing from Sr. HR Generalist to Lead Field HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support to client groups of 200-500 employees. Prior to this, Geneva served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Moen Incorporated and had roles at Time Warner Cable and Cuyahoga County, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and the administration of HR services in multi-union environments. Geneva also completed a contract position as an HR Representative at Staffinders, Inc., focusing on the execution of the SAP HR module. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Public Administration from Kentucky State University.
