Ed O'Brien

Ed O'Brien is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in managing, implementing, and supporting IT services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Manager for End User Services at Ulta Beauty since July 2015, Ed oversees a geographically dispersed team responsible for technology at distribution centers and enhancing supply chain operations. Previous roles include IT Manager at Ulta Beauty, End User Computing Engineer at ProAg, IT Services Manager at Great Nation Insurance, Technology Lead at Bell Helicopter, and Internal Network Support Technician at CS STARS. Ed holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Amarillo College, a Level One Certification in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from the Association of Biblical Counselors, and has military training as a Military Intelligence Voice Intercept Operator in the United States Army.
