Harsh Pandya

Harsh Pandya is an experienced professional in business process transformation and operational management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Process Transformation at Ulta Beauty since July 2018. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Franchisee at Dunkin' Brands, where significant improvements were achieved in profitability and service speed, as well as an Industrial Performance Engineer at Nestlé, focusing on demand analysis and continuous improvement. Earlier, Harsh held positions at Alcoa, successfully leading various projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs, and began a career in management at Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins.
