Melinda Black

Melinda Black is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in regional and district management. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Ulta Beauty since September 2010, Melinda previously held the position of Senior District Manager overseeing the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Columbus areas. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Melinda worked as District Manager at Forever 21 from August 2006 to September 2010, and held similar positions at Hot Topic from April 2004 to August 2006, and American Eagle Outfitters from December 1997 to October 2003. Melinda holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Penn State University and Strayer University-Maryland.
