As senior vice president, client solutions, Kelly leads the development and implementation of marketing, communication, proposals and client strategies, advancing comprehensive solutions that respond to the needs of current and future clients. She focuses on ensuring our work delivers differentiated value and is consistent with the strong reputation Ulteig has built over decades. Kelly says, “Anticipating market changes as well as client needs is critical to the long-term success of those we serve.” Kelly has a BA in quantitative methods from the University of St. Thomas and completed MPA coursework from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs – University of Minnesota. She also holds an MBA in marketing management from the Carlson School of Management – University of Minnesota.
