Paula C. Nystrom

Paula C. Nystrom has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paula C. started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Captain and was responsible for training, combat readiness, and administrative tasks. After leaving the military, they joined Airborne Express as a Field Services Supervisor, overseeing a large outbound freight operation.

Paula then worked at Coulter Electronics Corporation as a Team Leader before joining American Express, where they served as Director of Leadership Development and Program Management for seven years.

Their next role was at First Data Corporation, where they held multiple positions including Project Manager in the Payment Solutions division and Director of Product Management for the Prepaid Small Merchant Business Gift Card Program. Paula C. was responsible for managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale programs and projects.

Afterwards, Paula joined Kaplan University as Director of Academic Advising and Special Projects, where they led advising and student services for the undergraduate and graduate business programs, implemented process improvements, and developed standard operating procedures.

Paula C. then returned to First Data Corporation as a Program Director, overseeing enterprise-level client-facing projects and operations.

Paula's most recent role was at Comcast Cable, where they served as Director of Project Management. Paula C. led a team of local project managers and matrixed PMs, oversaw projects ranging from $0 to $100 million in scope, and was responsible for strategic planning and recommendations.

Currently, Paula is working at Ulteig as a Manager of Project Controls.

Throughout their career, Paula has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, and a focus on strategic planning and improvement initiatives.

Paula C. Nystrom completed their education from 1996 to 1998 at the University of Miami Graduate School of Business. During this period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business.
