Steph Mattson, CAPM, CCMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2012, Steph interned as an Events Coordinator at HERO Fargo, where they worked with committees and sub-committees to organize events and create promotional materials.

In 2013, Steph joined Hilton Garden Inn as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned into the role of Corporate Sales Coordinator.

In 2014, Steph worked at Cargill as a Program Administrator/Accounting Specialist, providing support to employees regarding company travel and coordinating the bi-weekly newsletters for new American Express cardholders.

Also in 2014, Steph started working at Concordia College as an Admissions Representative, where they engaged with prospective students and their families, acted as a liaison between students and campus departments, and developed recruitment strategies.

From 2017 to 2020, Steph worked remotely for the Institute for Community Alliances as a System Administrator, supporting the Homeless Management Information System for the state of Minnesota. They also facilitated end user groups, created training documentation, and served on project teams.

In 2020, Steph worked as a Project Manager at Razor Consulting Solutions before joining Ulteig. At Ulteig, Steph initially served as a Project Coordinator, responsible for providing project management support across multiple sectors and developing project processes. They actively monitored project health and strived to implement Ulteig's Project Delivery Methodology. Later, Steph was promoted to Supervisor, Project Controls and eventually became the Project Controls Lead - PM Center of Excellence.

Steph Mattson, CAPM, CCMP has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Concordia College. Steph also holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Sebeka High School. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications such as the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in April 2022 and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in November 2021.
