Rareș Mihail Prală

Rares Mihail Prala has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2012, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer and Consultant, a role they held until 2020. During this time, they provided consulting services and contributed to full stack development projects.

In 2015, Rares joined AdClerks as a Full Stack Engineer, where they refined business requests into actionable development items. Rareș Mihail later took on the responsibility of managing a remote team of three engineers as the Full Stack Team Lead.

In 2018, Rares joined EveryMatrix Ltd as a Frontend Developer, where they led the effort of upgrading to a new framework version and implemented various improvements such as a change-log and release system and a production-ready headless CMS architecture. Rareș Mihail then transitioned to the role of Front End Team Lead, where they developed frameworks for 1-on-1 meetings, career plans, and performance evaluation, leading to increased employee retention and progress tracking.

Currently, Rares works at Ultimate as an Engineering Manager.

Rareș Mihail Prală attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at the Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie "Carol Davila" din București from 2012 to 2014, although the specific field of study or degree obtained is not mentioned.
