Tobias Wieschnowsky

Tobias Wieschnowsky has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2011 as a researcher at SAP. Tobias then transitioned into the role of Senior Developer and Scrum Master, where they focused on software development, architecture, and project management in the real estate industry. In 2017, Tobias joined enersis as a Team Lead Development & System Architect, where they successfully grew and managed a cross-functional team of developers and designers. Tobias was responsible for promoting agile practices, coaching team members, and implementing a new microservices architecture. Tobias continued their leadership roles as a Team Lead at the MBition Mercedes-Benz Innovation Lab, and later at Coya, where they held the position of Engineering Manager. Currently, they are employed at Ultimate as an Engineering Manager.

Tobias Wieschnowsky completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2008. Tobias then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Informatik from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 2008 and 2011.
