Lisa Francis

Lisa Francis has over 30 years of diverse experience in operations, customer service, and management. Currently serving as Manager of Provider Network Operations at Ultimate Health Plans, Inc. since April 2020, Lisa's prior roles include Provider Network Specialist I and Provider Network Coordinator at the same company. Before that, Lisa worked at TRICO Group, LLC as a Customer Service Rep/Pricing Admin, where responsibilities included processing sales price quotes and maintaining customer data. Lisa also held a position at Libbey Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, processing purchase orders and providing customs documentation. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Production Manager at The Wall Street Journal, overseeing production runs and supporting daily operations. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts Technology and Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
