David Rihner

As a Vice President at Ultimus LeverPoint, David Rihner is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with private equity clients and overseeing the day-to-day operations of teams supporting those clients.

David joined Ultimus LeverPoint in June 2022, bringing with him over 20 years of Accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, David worked at Formation Capital, LLC as a Senior Vice President where he managed all Accounting aspects of various private equity transactions including financial reporting, purchase price allocations, valuations, audits, and other special projects as needed.

David received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from William Carey University and his Master’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
