Bill Bentinck

Bill Bentinck has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry.

Bill currently serves as the President of the Semiconductor Services Business at Ultra Clean Technology, a position they have held since April 2019.

Before that, Bill was the EVP/GM of Eugenus, Inc. from November 2017 to June 2018.

From April 2014 to November 2017, they worked as the VP/GM of the Silicon Systems Business Group at AIXTRON SE.

Prior to that, Bill held various positions at Lam Research, including GM of the CSBG Spares & Service division from August 2006 to March 2014.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Novellus Systems, Inc. where they held multiple roles including GM of the Refurbished Systems Business, GM of the Intel Account, GM of Customer Service & Engineering, Director Engineer of Product Development, and Account Manager.

Bill Bentinck has a Master of Science degree in Engineering (Material Science) from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university. The exact years of their education are not provided.
