Brian Harding

Brian Harding has extensive work experience in the financial and accounting field. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Tax Accountant Intern at Talbot, Korvola & Warwick, LLP. In 2003, they joined KPMG as an Associate in Federal Tax before progressing to roles such as Senior Audit Associate and Audit Manager. At KPMG, they also held positions such as Manager in US GAAP Advisory Services and Associate Filing Reviewer/Senior Manager in the US Accounting and Reporting Group.

In 2014, Brian joined FLIR Systems, where they served as the Director of Corporate Finance and Accounting and later became the Vice President of Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Brian worked in this role until 2020. Afterward, they joined The Greenbrier Companies as the Vice President of Corporate Controller for two years.

Currently, Brian is the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Ultra Clean Technology, where they have been working since 2022.

Brian Harding obtained a BA in Accounting/Finance from Pacific University from 1999 to 2003. Brian also completed an Executive Leadership and Innovation Program at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Brian holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
