Joe Gagliardo

Joe Gagliardo has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Joe is currently serving as the SVP of Global Materials and Supply Chain Management at Ultra Clean Technology since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Flex where they held various roles, including VP of Supply Chain and Customer Operations from February 2018 to June 2020, and VP Supply Chain - Industrial & Emerging Industries from June 2015 to February 2018.

Before joining Flex, Joe worked at Lab126 as the Director of Operations - Planning & Execution, Logistics, Lean, and IT from January 2011 to June 2015. Joe also served as the VP of WW Operations, Order Fulfillment at Verigy from November 2006 to January 2011.

Joe's extensive work experience also includes a long tenure at Solectron Corporation where they held several positions, including VP Finance - Sales & Account Management. Joe was responsible for managing finance team and driving sales team results to achieve revenue, gross margin, profitability, and ROIC metrics. Joe had a full understanding of all activities associated with managing and driving the business from an operations and customer view. Joe also developed and implemented numerous policies and procedures for the corporation.
