Jaroslav Kobrle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2007, they started working at Preciosa a.s. as a Process Engineer and later took on the roles of Project & Process Manager as well as an Engineering Project Manager. In 2013, they became the Head of the Quality Department at PRECIOSA. Following this, they worked as a Machining Supervisor at MICONEX s.r.o. from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Ultra Clean Technology as a Production Manager, responsible for production management, machining, and welding. Jaroslav later became a Senior Engineering Project Manager in 2018. Currently, they are the owner of JKMC, where they specialize in CNC machining of wood and plastic materials, offering services such as design, visualization, and production.

Jaroslav Kobrle, LSS BB, began their education in 1997 at Střední průmyslová škola strojní a elektrotechnická a Vyšší odborná škola v Liberci, where they obtained their Maturitní zkouška in Slaboproudá elektrotechnika in 2001. Following this, they attended the Technical University of Liberec from 2001 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Jaroslav obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ICG-Capability s.r.o. in October 2013. Jaroslav also obtained the EOQ Quality Manager certification from the European Organization for Quality in June 2016. Furthermore, they received the Certificate of Quality Manager QM from Česká společnost pro jakost in May 2016.
