Danielle Vardi Kovary has extensive experience in the field of tax and law. Danielle currently works as a Tax Director at Shamir Optical Industry Ltd and Ultra Clean Technology, where they are involved in various tax aspects of the companies' operations such as acquisition and integration. Danielle previously worked at Ernst & Young as a Transfer Pricing Manager and Tax Manager, where they handled transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and due diligence. Danielle also managed international and domestic income tax planning, compliance, reporting, and controversy processes. Furthermore, Danielle has experience as a Tax Lawyer at Sagi Law Office, where they implemented tax planning strategies and assisted clients with tax benefits and reporting requirements. Danielle also gained legal experience as a Lawyer at Lipa Meir & Co. Law Firm, where they provided legal counsel for various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
