Jason Riley

Jason Riley has a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Jason currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Ultra Clean Technology since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Renesas Electronics from 2021 to 2022. Jason also has extensive experience at NI (National Instruments), where they held various roles such as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - AMER and EMEA, EMEA and NI Hungary Talent Acquisition Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager, and Global IT and Business Analyst Talent Development Manager. Jason was responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, leading recruitment efforts, and implementing talent development programs. Jason started their career at National Instruments as a Programmer Analyst in 2000.

Jason Riley attended Texas State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
