Michael Kristanto

Michael Kristanto has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Michael started their career as an Industrial attachment at BD, where they gained experience in quality assurance. Michael then worked at Allegro Manufacturing Pte Ltd as a Senior Planning Engineer and later as a Procurement Engineer, where they managed several programs for Semiconductor OEM and established supply chains for new projects. Michael joined ST Microelectronic as an Industrial Engineer before moving on to Intandem Inc (Allegro subsidiary), where they served as a Program Manager, responsible for managing customer relations, order fulfillment, and project costing. In 2009, they began working at Ultra Clean Technology, initially as a Senior Operations Manager, leading various programs and implementing lean concepts for efficiency improvement. Michael was later promoted to Operations Director and then to Asia New Product Introduction and Engineering Senior Director, where they managed new product projects, supplier qualification, and customer qualifications. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved significant revenue growth and operational improvements through their contributions.

Michael Kristanto obtained a BEng in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1998 to 2002. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and System Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2013 and also completed the course "How to Become a Thought Leader and Advance Your Career" offered by LinkedIn in 2022.
