Skip Tierno has extensive work experience in various industries, including Ultra Clean Technology, Weir Oil And Gas Pressure Control Systems, PCC Energy Group, Weatherford, and the US Army. In their most recent role as President of the Americas Fluid Solutions at Ultra Clean Technology, they developed and implemented a customer-centric sales training curriculum, oversaw commercial operations across the Americas, and led the growth strategy, resulting in a 120% revenue increase over a 6-year period. At Weir Oil And Gas Pressure Control Systems, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they grew revenue by 20% and led the global sales and marketing strategy. As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PCC Energy Group, they developed strategy and product positioning, implemented cohesive branding and advertising campaigns, and led a sales and marketing team. At Weatherford, they held various roles, including Group Regional Business Unit Manager, Global Sales Support Manager, and Global Business Unit Manager. Skip Tierno has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Skip also obtained a Master's in Finance from Webster University.
