Matthew Hill

Matthew Hill possesses extensive engineering experience, currently serving as VP of Engineering (Signature Management and Power) and Head of Engineering at Ultra Maritime since June 2015. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Engineering Manager at Ultra Electronics PMES from January 2011 to June 2015 and served as Lead Engineer at BAE Systems between January 2008 and January 2011. Additional experience includes roles at Rolls-Royce, TRL Technology, Marconi Communications, and the Ministry of Defence of the UK, starting as a Student Engineer. Matthew's educational background includes a PhD in Optics from the University of Bristol and an MEng in Electronics from The University of Sheffield.
