Stuart Jolley

Stuart Jolley is an experienced engineering leader with a focus on systems engineering and program management in the defense and maritime sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Ultra Maritime since May 2022, Stuart has previously held significant roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada, including Systems Engineering Deputy Program Manager for the Evolve to Open program, Engineering Manager for the Underwater Warfare Suite Upgrade, and Chief Engineer for the Peru SH-2G program. Earlier in their career, Stuart worked at Raytheon Systems Canada Ltd., Roke Manor Research Limited, and Marconi Defence Systems, contributing to various projects in air traffic management, electronic warfare, and satellite communications. Stuart holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Birmingham and an MBA in Business Administration from McGill University.
