Paul'sachievements include improving customer satisfaction scores, growing FTEs across multiple locations, and increasing revenue through successful campaigns. Currently, they are the Owner of The Podcast Coach and serves as an Unstuck Coach at Paul Catherall Coaching.

Paul Catherall began their education journey at John Bright Secondary School from 1981 to 1987. Paul then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance at Llandrillo College from 1989 to 1991. Following this, they obtained a BTEC HND in Business & Finance from Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher from 1991 to 1993. Finally, they completed a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education from 1993 to 1995.
