Trey Collier began their career in 2003 as a Systems Analyst for CompuCom. In this role, they provided troubleshooting for Windows server operations, including hardware, OS, and in-house built applications on 3000+ servers in multiple datacenters and regional facilities in 100+ countries. Trey also supported Wal-Mart Home Office Windows NT, 2000, and 2003 servers, many of which were in a geo-clustered environment. In 2006, Trey moved to Dillards as a Systems Engineer. During this time, they improved Disaster Recovery capability by implementing a bare metal solution to leverage the existing IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) solution for file backups. Trey also was part of a team that consolidated hardware in the Data Center to eliminate 70% of existing servers, increasing cooling efficiency and lowering power consumption. In 2007, Trey joined UltraBac Software as a Technical Account Manager, providing enterprise level technical consulting (pre-sales) and support (post-sales). Trey also conducted product and technical presentations to customers and prospects, and wrote a PowerShell script to add additional applications and drivers into restore media that was used as the basis for the Media Builder application.
Trey Collier attended the University of Arkansas from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Information Systems.
