Sue Marrichi

Sue Marrichi has a strong and diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Sue most recently served as the Vice President and Site Head for the Gene Therapy Manufacturing Facility (GTMF) at Ultragenyx since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Engineering & Facilities at Ultragenyx from March 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Ultragenyx, Sue was the Senior Director of Engineering & Facilities at Ultragenyx from May 2019 to March 2021.

Before their time at Ultragenyx, Sue worked at Takeda, where they held various leadership roles. Sue was the Head of Engineering for the MA Biologics Operations from February 2018 to May 2019. Sue also served as the Head of US Pilot Plant Operations from April 2017 to February 2018. Prior to these roles, Sue was a Process Engineering Manager at Takeda from August 2014 to April 2017.
