Deena Schneider

Deena Schneider's work experience begins with their current role as the Operations Sales Team Manager at UltraSource LLC, which they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City from October 2014 to November 2021, holding positions as an Innovation Analyst and an Analyst. In these roles, they provided financial analysis, project support, and coordination across various business functions. Before that, from June 2005 to April 2014, Deena worked at Park University as an Associate Director, where they proactively supported students with their financial and retention services. Deena'searlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at FACTS Management from April 2004 to May 2005 and as an Assistant Branch Supervisor at Union Bank and Trust from May 2000 to May 2002.

Deena Schneider holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, which was obtained from Park University. Deena pursued this degree from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, Deena also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This degree was earned between 1999 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Deena Schneider has obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. This certification was acquired in May 2020 from Prosci.
