Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh

Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh has over 25 years of work experience, with various roles in HR and Administration. Dr. Vinod Kumar is currently a Joint President of HR at UltraTech Cement since 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Joint President of HR at Birlacril™ from Thai Acrylic Fibre Co. (Aditya Birla Group) from 2009 to 2018. Dr. Vinod Kumar also worked as an Assistant Vice President at THAI RAYON PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED from 2008 to 2009, and as a Senior General Manager of Corporate HR at AmbujaNeotia Group from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they held the position of Deputy General Manager of HR & Administration at Ambuja Cements Ltd. (A LafargeHolcim Group Company) from 2001 to 2006. Dr. Vinod Kumar started their career as an Assistant Manager of Personnel & Industrial Relations at DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION from 1996 to 2001. Dr. Vinod Kumar also worked as an Executive of Personnel & HRD at Ambuja Cements Ltd. (A LafargeHolcim Group Company) from 1994 to 1996, and as a Project Engineer at Hilton Rubbers Limited from 1993 to 1994.

Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Balco Nagar Korba from 1975 to 1985, where they obtained their AISSE. Dr. Vinod Kumar then attended Anglo Bengali Intermediate College in Allahabad, India from 1985 to 1987, earning their Intermediate qualification. Following this, Dr. Singh pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics at Government College Korba, India from 1987 to 1989. Dr. Vinod Kumar went on to study at Amravati University from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical. In 1997, Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Moving forward, they pursued a Master's degree in Management in Organizational Development at Assumption University of Thailand from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resources Development from Burapha University in Chonburi, Thailand from 2016 to 2019.
