Ron Daligadu

Ron D. is a software development director at Ulula. Ron has also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Toronto from January 2020 to February 2021. Ron's research focuses on sexual harassment at workplace with a focus on women and non-normative gender identities. Additionally, they have helped design an undergraduate compulsory course - "CSC300- Computers and Society" offered at the department of Computer Science. Furthermore, they have worked on a project to analyse the understudied ethical concerns of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and the challenges practitioners face in implementing AI in responsible ways.

Ron D. received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Communication Technologies for Development, Community Media, and Community Organization from Delhi University. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Development Communication and Extension from Delhi University.
