Joshua Elsmore

Joshua Elsmore is an experienced professional in relationship management and corporate trust administration, currently serving as a Regional Manager at UMB Bank since April 2020. In this role, Joshua leads a team of Associate Relationship Managers, manages a portfolio of corporate trust accounts, resolves complex operational issues, and collaborates with legal teams to review and negotiate documents. Prior to UMB Bank, Joshua spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo, advancing through various positions including Relationship Management Manager and Client Services Manager. Joshua's focus on customer service, risk mitigation, and team leadership has consistently contributed to business growth and client satisfaction.
