Adewale Ajayi-Johnson (Wale)

Adewale (Wale) Ajayi-Johnson M.S. currently serves as an Information System Security Officer at the United States Department of Defense since September 2019 and is also a Trainee Cyber Security Analyst at UMBC Training Centers since January 2019. Wale is pursuing studies at the University of Maryland University College, where enrollment has been ongoing since May 2016. Wale's military background includes service as a Healthcare Specialist in the United States Army from June 2010 to November 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Passenger Service Officer at Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc. from May 2006 to June 2009, focusing on computerized check-in processes and verification of passenger documentation. Wale holds a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned between 2016 and 2018, and has continued training at the UMBC Training Center and at the WYWM Veteran Training Academy.
