Satellite Electrical Engineer at Umbra

Shi Tuck has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2016. In 2016, Shi Tuck was a Summer Intern at Wright Patterson Air Force. In 2017, Shi Tuck was a Research Student at the Stanford LIGO Group, a Mars Rover Electrical Lead at the Stanford Robotics Club, and an Avionics Intern at ABL Space Systems. In 2018, Shi Tuck was a Student Research Assistant at the Stanford Power Electronics Lab. In 2019, Shi Tuck was an Electronics Circuit Design Intern at Boeing and an Electrical Engineer at Vector Atomic. In 2020, Shi Tuck was an MITES Course Instructor at the MIT Introduction to Technology, Engineering, and Science (previously OEOP). Currently, Shi Tuck is a Satellite Electrical Engineer at Umbra.

Shi Tuck began their educational journey at Ben Davis High School, graduating with Academic and Technical Honors in 2016. Shi then attended Stanford University, where they studied Electrical Engineering until 2020. Currently, Shi is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
