Melinda Haghighatian

Melinda Haghighatian has a diverse and extensive work experience.

Melinda began their career as a Traffic Intern at the Texas Department of Transportation in 2010 and 2011.

In 2012, they worked at AMD as both an Embedded Hardware Co-Op Engineer and an Engineering IT Co-Op Engineer.

From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Chief Operating Officer & Hardware Engineer at Everywhere Energy, where they managed technology and business operations.

Following that, they interned in the Early Identification (EID) Program at GE Oil & Gas in 2013.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Accenture as an Information Technology Consulting Manager, leading multimillion-dollar enterprise system implementations and merger and acquisitions projects.

In 2020, they joined Torrid as a Sr. Business System Analyst, where they took charge of the agile sprint and release process for Store Systems and managed the point of sale (POS) agile features.

Most recently, they joined Umbrage in 2023 as a Senior Product Manager.

Melinda Haghighatian studied at The University of Texas at Austin from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In addition to their degree, Melinda also received a Certificate in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin.
