Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen possesses extensive experience in early childhood education and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Excellence at Umbrella Family and Child Centres of Hamilton since March 2023, Jennifer previously owned Harmony Parent Support Services from May 2022 to March 2023. Jennifer's background includes roles such as Centre Supervisor at Summerhill Day School and a Teaching Assistant at Brock University. Jennifer contributed significantly to Halton Region's early years and child care sector from September 2015 to March 2022 in various capacities, including Acting Supervisor for Quality and Community Development. Earlier experience includes positions at the City of Hamilton as a Recreation Program Leader and Receptionist, and as a Registered Early Childhood Educator at Childventures Early Learning Academy.
