Melissa Hedgcoth

An organized list-maker who loves connecting people to resources, Melissa helps new and veteran UMCers navigate payroll or other day-to-day tasks of working life. She recently completed the Leadership Snohomish County’s (LSC) Young Professionals program where she learned valuable leadership skills through LSC’s positive leadership course, visited facilities that provide leadership to the county, met with local leaders, and studied racial equity and inclusion.
