Pratik Kothari

Pratik Kothari is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and assurance. Currently, Pratik is associated with Umedica Laboratories Private Limited since May 2023. Prior to this, Pratik held the position of Vice President at BlackRock from November 2021 to April 2023, focusing on ensuring compliance with regulatory capital and liquidity requirements across EMEA. Pratik's career includes significant roles at EY, where work spanned from an Executive to Manager in Extended Assurance, and prior experience at KPMG India, advancing from Trainee to Assistant Manager. Pratik holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed a Bachelor of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, and is currently pursuing the CFA Program in the USA.
