Roy Garner

Roy Garner possesses 35 years of experience in the water industry, currently serving as a Manager at Umgeni Water since January 2003. Prior experience includes roles as a Water Works Supervisor at the Dept. of Water Affairs, overseeing water treatment and supply operations, and as a clerk at Old Mutual. Roy Garner holds a National Diploma in Water Care, Water and Waste Water Treatment from Pretoria Technicon, and completed secondary education at Witteberg High School.
