Marie Line C. has a wealth of experience in product development, food innovation, and product design. Marie line began their career in 2014 as a summer intern at Zaatar W Zeit and Cortas Canning and Refrigerating. In 2015, they joined Mars as a MEA Product Development Scientist and Graduate Trainee in R&D. During their time at Mars, they optimized a Galaxy cake bar recipe to extend shelf life, supported Gulf & MEA markets growth, and led the development of a Galaxy cake innovation pipeline. Marie line also received an L3 Award Certificate in Supervising Food Safety - Intermediate Food Hygiene from Boecker. In 2019, they enrolled in the Erasmus Mundus Programme and completed a Master in Food Innovation and Product Design, during which they investigated the optimization of a reputable industrial pesto recipe and was recognized for their high engagement. In 2020, they were a summer intern at INRAE, and in 2021 they joined Umiami as a Product Development Team Manager and Product Formulation Lead - R&D.
Marie Line C. has a diverse educational background. Marie line began their studies at Sainte Famille Fanar from 1997 to 2012. Marie line then earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food Sciences and Management from the American University of Beirut from 2012 to 2015. Marie line is currently pursuing a Master in Food Innovation and Product Design at both AgroParisTech and Technological University Dublin, both expected to be completed in 2021.
