Pieter van Den Bossche

Pieter Van Den Bossche is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Global OT/ICS Cyber Security Manager (ad interim) at Umicore, where responsibilities include establishing global OT cybersecurity guidelines and reference architecture. Pieter is also the founder of Oxylus Consulting, which provides information security solutions, and the CISO Coalition, aimed at facilitating peer advisory sessions for CISOs. Previous roles include leading the Security Operation Center at Ageas Group, and serving as an Information Security Consultant at AG Insurance, where significant contributions were made towards identity and access management and ISO 27001 certification. Pieter's career began at Deloitte Belgium, progressing from Intern to Senior Consultant, focusing on cybersecurity and identity management. Pieter holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ghent University.
