Melanie Lynch

Melanie Lynch is the Director of People at UMortgage, leading the Human Resources and Corporate recruiting teams. Melanie advises the executive team on talent and human resources policies, analyzes workforce by volume and skill, and oversees talent acquisition projects. Previously at AIME, Melanie worked in Partnership Development, and at Avenica as an Account Manager and Talent Specialist. Melanie also has experience in member education and administrative roles at Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Spanish from Penn State University.
